KBIS, Lyon Carré de Soie

The Carré de Soie (Silk Square) district is located midway between Villeurbanne and Vaulx-en-Velin; it used to be the home of Lyon’s textile industry and is now being developed into a vast urban reclassification project.

The project aims to erect an office building with a vast garden and a large number of green outdoor terraces. The complex has since received the highest available standards in environmental certifications and labels.
The mission involved the Off-plan (VEFA) sale up to the project supervision, surveys and works.

Missions completed by Affine:

Management of the acquisition process, notably:

• Dataroom audit.
• Establishment of an acquisition business plan, drafting of LOI.
• Precise technical audit of the project and collaboration with the promoter (Icade) to improve the product.
• Negotiation of the VEFA (sale before completion) promise and the VEFA agreement with the internal and external legal teams.
