Bord’eau Village, Bordeaux

This project will bring new life to the warehouses and docks along the banks of the Garonne River; they had already been converted into retail outlets and offices but had lost some of their attraction in recent times.

The asset renewal project for this historic complex will involve a change in usage including co-working spaces and a retail concept that opens out onto the docks. The feasibility study and renewal survey were completed in collaboration with the new operators and concluded with the signature of the leasehold agreements.
