#cloud.paris is located on the site of the old Crédit Lyonnais head-offices; it is a leading example of a new commercial real estate trend: usage value.
The project has been specifically tailored to meet the needs of its future users, with 3,000m² platforms, a unique proposition for Paris. It also includes a glass-roofed e-lounge on the ground floor – ideal for informal gatherings – along with three naturally lit restaurant areas opening onto large landscaped patios, a public-access business centre, a fitness centre… All of this is capped with vast wooded rooftop terraces proposing 360° views over Paris.
